Sidama Bank S.C. is inviting qualified fresh graduates to apply for the position of Junior Customer Service Officer. The bank is seeking individuals with a strong academic background and good communication skills to work at various branches across Ethiopia.


Position: Junior Customer Service Officer

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field, such as Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or Marketing. Degrees in other fields will not be considered.
  • Graduation Year: Applicants must be graduates from the Gregorian Calendar (GC) 2024 or 2025 / Ethiopian Calendar (EC) 2016 or 2017.
  • CGPA: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 and above is required.
  • Experience: No prior work experience is necessary.
  • Place of Work: Various locations across Ethiopia, as assigned by the bank.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling basic banking services, including account opening, deposits, and withdrawals.
  • Providing high-quality customer service.
  • Promoting and cross-selling the bank’s products and services.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with bank policies.
