Position: Junior Customer Service Officer
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field, such as Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, or Marketing. Degrees in other fields will not be considered.
- Graduation Year: Applicants must be graduates from the Gregorian Calendar (GC) 2024 or 2025 / Ethiopian Calendar (EC) 2016 or 2017.
- CGPA: A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 and above is required.
- Experience: No prior work experience is necessary.
- Place of Work: Various locations across Ethiopia, as assigned by the bank.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling basic banking services, including account opening, deposits, and withdrawals.
- Providing high-quality customer service.
- Promoting and cross-selling the bank’s products and services.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with bank policies.
