Open Positions & Requirements
1. Junior Parts Sales Consultant (Automotive Parts – Light & Heavy Vehicles)
- Required Quantity: 2
- Education: TVET Level III or Level IV in Auto Mechanics.
- Certification: A valid Certificate of Competence (COC) is mandatory.
- Experience: 0 years (No prior experience required).
- Core Skills: Good understanding of parts cataloging and technical specifications, data evaluation, strong technical communication, negotiation skills, and a high attention to detail.
2. Junior Pharmacist
- Education: BSc Degree in Pharmacy.
- Experience: 0 years (No prior experience required).
- Core Skills: Knowledge of planning, tracking inventory Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identify interchangeable components, sales supervision, report writing, and an operational working knowledge of Sage ERP software.
3. Store Clerk II (Automotive Parts)
- Education: Minimum of TVET Level III Competency Certificate or College Diploma in Accounting and Finance, Management, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of direct experience in store clerk and warehousing activities.
- Core Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of standard store operations, basic computer systems, and industrial safety procedures.
4. Senior Parts Sales Consultant (Automotive Parts)
- Education: BSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience specifically within the automotive business sector.
- Core Skills: Advanced parts operation management, monitoring and measuring spare parts KPIs, determining interchangeable components, technical sales, supervision, report writing, and a functional command of Sage ERP.
