Management & Technical Leadership Positions
1. Production Manager
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or a closely related industrial engineering field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in a garment or textile manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years served in a similar manager/supervisory role.
- Core Competencies: Strong command of production planning, scheduling, and raw material inventory tracking. Deep understanding of the ISO 13485 Quality Management System for medical devices is highly critical.
2. Deputy Quality Manager
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Textile Engineering, Garment Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related technical fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of verified experience in manufacturing quality management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Core Competencies: Comprehensive knowledge of medical device industry laws, international regulatory compliance frameworks, and ISO 13485 implementation protocols. Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills to manage internal quality control teams.
3. Workshop Manager
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production line or workshop management role within the manufacturing sector.
- Core Competencies: Advanced capability to interpret technical engineering drawings, structural specifications, and process flow diagrams. Strong background in production line optimization, resource allocation, and task delegation.
Finance & Administrative Positions
4. Senior General Accountant
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive corporate accounting experience, featuring active exposure to industrial payroll architectures.
- Core Competencies: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, solid command of local Ethiopian taxation laws, labor regulations, financial reporting standards, and team-management capabilities.
5. Administrative Officer – Facility
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field of study.
- Experience: 0+ years (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Core Competencies: Strong verbal and written communication skills; meticulous approach to managing schedules, records, and basic factory vendor logistics. High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a proactive approach to facilities management.
