Commercial & Sales Positions

1. Sales Representative

  • Location: Addis Ababa
  • Education: BA degree in Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
  • Experience: Entry-level / Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Core Responsibilities: Prospect potential B2B clients including architects, engineering consultants, contractors, and builders. Conduct high-impact product presentations, guide showroom visitors through custom selection discovery, and compile commercial sales proposals based on technical design parameters.

2. Project Sales Consultant

  • Location: Addis Ababa
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (Technical or architectural background preferred).
  • Key Assets: Hands-on experience with design software or spatial applications is highly preferred. Must be bilingual and a local candidate.
  • Core Responsibilities: Consult on specialized architectural/interior projects, translate client blueprints into product layouts, and manage technical relationship pipelines.

3. Senior Sales Consultant

  • Location: Addis Ababa
  • Education: BA degree in Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
  • Core Responsibilities: Lead client acquisition strategies targeting high-profile architects, premium builders, and major contractors. Deliver corporate-level product portfolio presentations and structural design options, and manage complex customer discovery workflows.

Administrative & Quality Assurance Positions

4. Executive Assistant

  • Location: Addis Ababa
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Core Requirements: Proven experience working as an executive assistant or in a similar fast-paced corporate administrative support role. Requires impeccable organizational layout skills, high-level multitasking capacity, and a sharp eye for executive deadlines.

5. Quality Officer

  • Location: Addis Ababa
  • Education & Experience: * MSc Degree in Food Science, Applied Nutrition, Biology, Public Health, or related fields with a minimum of 2 years of direct experience.
    • BSc Degree in the same fields with a minimum of 4 years of direct experience.
  • Core Responsibilities: Supervise hygiene compliance, food safety parameters, and product consistency across the group’s premium restaurant, patisserie (Koba), and cremeria (Bacio) lines.
