Yegna Microfinance Institution is a development-focused organization in Addis Ababa dedicated to poverty alleviation by providing credit services to micro and small enterprises, as well as low-income individuals. The institution is currently looking for a large number of fresh graduates to join as Trainee Officers.


Position: Trainee Officer

  • Quantity: 45
  • Experience: No experience is required (0 years).
  • Target Group: Only graduates of 2016 E.C. (2023/24 G.C.) and above.
  • Job Location: Addis Ababa.

Educational Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc) in the following fields or related studies:

  • Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Agri-Business or Agro-Economics.
  • Information Technology (IT) or Information Systems.
  • Accounting & Finance.
