Open Positions
1. Executive Manager
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Development Studies, Coffee Sector, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of five (5) to eight (8) years of progressive management experience. Experience working within training institutions, SMEs, entrepreneurship programs, or value chain development is preferred.
- Key Skills & Knowledge: Deep strategic leadership capabilities, exceptional partnership-building skills, and a strong foundational understanding of the Ethiopian coffee sector.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Provide overarching operational leadership for Green Coffee programs, defining organizational strategies, long-term work plans, and robust growth initiatives.
- Stakeholder & Business Development: Lead high-level partnerships, corporate business development, and relationship management with coffee industry institutions, partners, and stakeholders.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee financial management, core administration, and team performance, promoting an institutional culture of absolute excellence.
- Representation: Act as the principal representative of Green Coffee in external high-level meetings, institutional forums, and coffee industry networks.
2. Import & Export Trainer
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
- Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of practical import/export experience. Experience in professional training delivery and facilitation is highly preferred.
- Key Skills & Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Ethiopian customs procedures, global trade requirements, and specialized coffee export tracking systems.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery: Orchestrate and deliver practical, comprehensive training sessions on international trade regulations, logistics management, and global market access.
- Material Development: Design practical training curriculum, real-world case studies, and actionable resource toolkits focusing on coffee and related agro-commodities.
- Mentorship: Train, evaluate, and advise emerging entrepreneurs on export readiness, structural documentation, customs compliance, and supply chain logistics.
- Value Chain Alignment: Effectively connect theoretical export knowledge with tangible opportunities across Ethiopia’s coffee value chain.
3. Social Media Manager
- Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of proven experience in professional social media management and digital marketing.
- Key Skills & Knowledge: Strong copywriting, content creation, photography, and video editing skills, paired with deep familiarity with social media analytics tools.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Formulation: Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to elevate Evergreen Coffee’s digital presence and strengthen brand visibility.
- Content Creation: Produce highly engaging digital content, including multi-media posts, promotional videos, learner success profiles, and targeted digital campaigns.
- Platform Management: Manage day-to-day engagement across all official social media platforms, fostering an active online community of coffee enthusiasts and professionals.
- Performance Reporting: Track digital KPIs, evaluate campaign metrics, and prepare comprehensive performance optimization reports for management review.
