
New Leaf Medical Complex (NLMC) is a fast-growing, multidisciplinary healthcare institution redefining the standard of care in Ethiopia. To reinforce its strategic administrative, medical support, and clinical liaison teams, NLMC is urgently seeking qualified, experienced, and highly competent individuals for the following open positions:
Open Positions
1. Female General Driver (Urgent)
- Place of Work: Lebu, Addis Ababa
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Gender Requirement: Female (Specific requirement for this position)
- Educational Qualification: Minimum of Grade 10 Graduate.
- Licensing: Must possess a valid Public 1 Driving License (or equivalent heavy/ambulance license) as per local regulations.
- Experience: One (1) to three (3) years of relevant experience as a professional driver, preferably within a corporate, NGO, or healthcare setting.
- Core Responsibilities:
- Transportation & Core Operations: Safely and punctually transport staff, patients, and medical supplies to designated appointments and facilities; prioritize transit routes independently.
- Vehicle Maintenance & Readiness: Maintain vehicle cleanliness, conduct routine inspections (fuel, oil, tires, brakes), and maintain accurate logs including mileage, fuel consumption, and transit history.
- Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and NLMC protocols; ensure vehicles are equipped with safety tools (first aid kits, fire extinguishers) and document any mechanical hazards.
2. Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation (PME) Officer (Urgent)
- Place of Work: Lebu, Addis Ababa
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Educational Qualification: BSc Degree in Statistics, Economics, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Certifications: Valid professional certification in Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) is highly desirable.
- Experience: Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in planning, monitoring, or evaluation, ideally within a healthcare or fast-paced corporate setting.
- Core Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Coordination: Coordinate the development and periodic review of departmental work plans and align operational activities with long-term hospital objectives.
- Framework Development & Quality Assurance: Implement and update standardized monitoring tools/indicators to track healthcare benchmarks; supervise data collection and audit data for integrity.
- Evaluation & Reporting: Conduct comprehensive performance evaluations and safety inspections regarding project outcomes; prepare impact reports, risk mitigation measures, and periodic M&E reports for executive review.
- Capacity Building: Provide awareness sessions and training for staff on monitoring tools, data reporting, and evaluation methodologies.
3. Executive Secretary (Assistant) to the CEO (Urgent)
- Place of Work: Lebu, Addis Ababa
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Educational Qualification: BSc Degree in Medicine, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related clinical field. Advanced executive secretarial training is highly desirable.
- Licensing: A valid professional license in a clinical or health-related field is preferred.
- Experience: Three (3) to five (5) or more years of relevant experience in an executive support role, ideally within a hospital, clinical setting, or public health institution.
- Core Responsibilities:
- Executive & Administrative Support: Manage the CEO’s complex schedule, coordinate high-level meetings, organize professional agendas for board/clinical leadership meetings, and handle office operations.
- Clinical Liaison & Communication: Serve as the technical primary point of contact between clinical departments and the CEO’s office, using a healthcare background to interpret medical terminology and synthesize sensitive health data for reports.
- Quality & Information Security: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding executive actions and patient-related data; ensure office operations comply with healthcare regulatory requirements and institutional governance.
